Aguilar

Aguilar , officially the Municipality of Aguilar , ( Pangasinan : Baley na Aguilar ; Ilokano : Ili ti Aguilar ; Tagalog : Bayan ng Aguilar ), is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Pangasinan , Philippines . According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 41,463 people. [3] The municipality was named after Spanish governor-general Rafael María de Aguilar , who ordered the establishment of an independent civil political unit on 16 July 1805.
