Features The Community Based Outpatient Clinics are staffed by caring and dedicated VA employees. These professionals provide many services including primary care and mental health services to smaller communities and rural areas to provide care that is accessible and convenient. The Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center clinics are located in Athens, GA and Aiken, SC. These two facilities are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Driving Directions The clinic is located at 951 Millbrook Avenue just southwest of the intersection of Whiskey Road and Pine Log Road. Driving south on Whiskey Road, turn right onto Millbrook by Shoney's. Driving east on Pine Log, turn right onto Pawnee by KFC, then turn left at the next two intersections. Parking Free on premises Hours Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
