Descrption of Program: The Anthem Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is designed to bring primary care services to Veterans living in Southern Yavapai and Northern Maricopa Counties. Other Pertinent Information: No emergency care or walk-in appointments are available at this facility.
