Services available: Registration, primary care, physical exams, tobacco cessation counseling, Coumadin clinic, routine laboratory, Tele-Health, Tele-Derm, Tele-Retinal Diabetic Eye Exams, Tele-MOVE!, nutrition, Women’s health care, social work services, palliative care, outpatient behavioral health services. Directions: From Interstate 80 take Exit 45, Emlenton/St. Petersburg. Take route 478 South to St. Petersburg. Turn right on to Route 58 South. AC Valley Medical Center will be located on your right across from the AC Valley High School. Enter from the upper parking lot entrance. From Route 268 follow to Route 58 North. Cross bridge over the Allegheny River at Foxburg. Follow Route 58 North past the Foxburg Country Club. The clinic will be located on your left across from the AC Valley High School. Enter from the upper parking lot entrance.
