About the Durham VA Medical Center Since 1953, Durham Veterans Affairs Medical Cetner has been improving the health of the men and women who have so proudly served our nation. We consider it our privilege to serve your health care needs in any way we can. Services are available to more than 200,000 veterans living in a 26-county area of central and eastern North Carolina. Community-Based Outpatient Clinics In addition to our main facility in Durham, we offer services in three community-based outpatient clinics. These clinics are located in — Raleigh, North Carolina Greenville, North Carolina Morehead City, North Carolina Outpatient Clinics Hillandale Road, Durham, North Carolina Raleigh II, North Carolina Dialysis Clinic at Brier Creek Blind Rehabilitation Outpatient Clinic at Brier Creek Mission Honor America's veterans by providing exceptional health care that improves their health and well being.
