Handicapped accessible for full and easy access to all veterans. Personal Care: Highly qualified Primary Care providers, specialty care referrals to the VA Black Hills Health Care System in Fort Meade and Hot Spring campuses. Prescriptions are processed through the mail or My HealtheVet. Driving Directions: Traveling on SD I-90, take exit 30 (Sturgis) and east on SD 34 (Lazelle Street) for 4 miles and then left SD 79 for 18.9 miles. Turn right on US Hiway 212 and go east for 119 miles to Eagle Butte, SD. Parking is free on the premises.
