Continue north to East 8th Street and turn right (east) on East 8th Street. Enter the building by the frontdoor, and up a few stairs to the first floor. Handicapped elevator is to the right. Turn right down the hallway to elevator on the left. Take elevator to basement, turn right again down the basement hallway. Waiting room will be on the right.
