The Grants Pass West VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic is a rural healthcare initiative of the VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center & Clinics (SORCC) in White City, Oregon. It is an outreach clinic designed to bring VA healthcare services closer to Veterans living in Josephine County and reside in remote areas. The Grants Pass West VA is full service clinic and currently provides primary care services for chronic medical conditions including blood draws, limited health screenings, and mental health services.
