Guihulngan , officially the City of Guihulngan , ( Cebuano : Dakbayan sa Guihulngan ; Filipino : Lungsod ng Guihulngan ; Spanish : Ciudad de Guihulngan ) or simply Guihulngan City , is a 5th class city in the province of Negros Oriental , Philippines .
