We consider it our privilege to serve your health care needs in any way we can. Services are available to veterans living in southwestern West Virginia, southern Ohio, and eastern Kentucky. Community-Based Outpatient Clinics In addition to our main facility in Huntington, we offer services in two community-based outpatient clinics and two rural health outreach clinics.
