The purpose of the Community Based Outpatient Clinics is to provide primary health care to eligible veterans using available resources. Primary health care means non-emergent care for veterans with stable chronic health problems or minor acute illnesses. Veterans wishing to enroll for care in this clinic may call or visit the any weekday. Additional Features Handicapped Accessible: full and easy access for all veterans. Personal Care: Highly qualified primary care providers, specialty care referrals to the Pacific Islands Health Care System. Laboratory: Blood drawing services available.
