Lecanto CBOC

Hours Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Services The Lecanto CBOC provides general medical services for the primary care patient. Services provided include: phlebotomy, psychiatry, psychology, social work, nutrition, smoking cessation, nursing, wound care, diabetic and hypertension education. Veterans in the Lecanto CBOC also have access to specialty care clinics and education sessions via Telehealth. Driving Directions From I-75, take Exit # 350 Ocala (SR-200). Continue (South-West) on SR-200 to County Road 491 South towards Holder and Beverly Hills. Continue on CR 491 through Beverly Hills to Marc Knighton Road which is approximately 1/2 mile past the Beverly Hills city limits. From CR 491, turn right on Marc Knighton Road and travel 1/8 mile to the clinic. Marc Knighton Road dead ends at the Lecanto CBOC. View a map. Parking Free on premises
