The purpose of the Community Based Outpatient Clinics is to provide primary health care to eligible veterans using available resources. Primary health care means non-emergent care for veterans with stable chronic health problems or minor acute illnesses. If you are in the Lihue area and require emergency services, please seek treatment at the Wilcox Memorial Hospital* Emergency Room. If you are in the Waimea area and require emergency services, please seek treatment at the Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital* Emergency Room. Veterans wishing to enroll for care in this clinic may call or visit the any weekday. Additional Features Handicapped Accessible: full and easy access for all veterans. Personal Care: Highly qualified primary care providers, specialty care referrals to the Pacific Islands Health Care System. Laboratory: Blood drawing services available. Prescriptions: Routine prescriptions processed through the mail or My HealtheVet. Parking Free on premises Hours Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Saturday-Sunday Closed.
