Lingig , officially the Municipality of Lingig , is a 2nd class municipality in the province of Surigao del Sur , Philippines . According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 31,485 people. [3] The municipality is around one and a half hours away from Barangay Mangagoy, Bislig City , by bus.
