Mabini , officially the Municipality of Mabini , ( Tagalog : Bayan ng Mabini ), is a 1st class municipality in the province of Batangas , Philippines . According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 46,211 people. [3] Mabini is known for its diving and snorkeling sites.
