Driving Directions From San Francisco Take Highway 101 North to Highway 37 East and continue toward Vallejo. Take the Mare Island exit (right before the high-rise bridge) and continue on Mare Island Way until reaching the Mare Island Causeway/Tennessee Street. Turn right to enter Mare Island. After crossing the bridge turn left on Walnut Avenue. Continue on Walnut Avenue for approximately 1.5 miles. The clinic will be on your left. From I-80 in Vallejo Take Tennessee Street West and follow Tennessee Street to the end. Cross Wilson Avenue/Mare Island Way and continue straight to enter Mare Island. Go through the security gate and cross the bridge. Continue as indicated above.
