The Clinic is Open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The clinic is closed on all Federal Holidays The Moab TeleHealth Clinic's mission is to provide primary health care to qualified Veterans in Moab and the surrounding communities. The Moab clinic is a satelite clinic of the Grand Junction VA Medical Center. Driving Directions From I-70 exit for State Highway 191: Follow the signs for Moab. Travel about 31 miles on 191 until it turns into North Main Street. The clinic is located on the right hand side of Maon Street (also known as the West Side to locals) across the street from Wendy's Restaurant. From Monticello Travel through Moab past Center Street. The clinic is located about two and a half blocks past Center Street on the left hand side of the road across from Wendy's Restaurant.
