Primary Care Nutrition Social Work Mental Health Driving Directions From Newark Airport Area: -Take I-78 West to Route 24 West -At the end of Route 24, take I-287 South to Exit 36 (Ridgedale Ave) -Turn right at light onto Ridgedale Avenue. -At second light make left onto East Hanover Avenue, at Route 202 in Morris Plains. -Follow West Hanover Avenue at top of hill will be County facilities on both sides. -The Clinic is in the County Building left-hand side, on the ground floor. From Northern NJ: -Take I-80 to I-287 South to Exit 36 (Ridgedale Avenue) -Turn right at light onto Ridgedale Avenue. -At second light make left onto East Hanover Avenue (County Road 650). This becomes West Hanover Avenue at Route 202 in Morris Plains. -Follow West Hanover Avenue; at top of hill will be County facilities on both sides. -The Clinic is in the County Building left-hand side, on the ground floor. From Trenton or Southern NJ: -Take I-287 North to Exit 36A (Morris Avenue [a one way]) and keep to the middle lane, which becomes Whippany Road (County Road 511). -Turn left onto East Hanover Avenue (County Road 650).
