The New Orleans Community Based Outpatient Clinic offers a wide array of primary, mental health and specialty care services for Veterans. The New Orleans primary care clinic is located on the 10th floor of 1601 Perdido Street. The specialty care clinic is located on the 9th floor. The building is one block north of the Louisiana Superdome and two blocks west of New Orleans City Hall. Full pharmacy service and a blood draw laboratory are availabale on site. Hours of operation Clinic: 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday - Friday Laboratory: 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday - thursday 7 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Friday Pharmacy: 7:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday - Friday Check-in procedures Veterans are asked to check in 30 minutes prior to their appointment. Please bring your Veterans Affairs identification card and be prepared to verify your full name and full social security number during check-in and hralth care hand-offs. This is a patient safety measure which helps ensure the right Veteran gets the right care at the right time, every time. Driving Directions From the South Take LA-1 northwest toward LA-308 to HWY 90/US90 East to New Orleans. Merge to I-310N toward Donaldsonville. Take exit 1A onto I-10 East to New Orleans. From the North Take I-49S to US-167S/Opelousas then take I-10E toward Baton Rouge. Continue on I-10 East through Baton Rouge then take I-10S to New Orleans. From the East Take 1-12 WEST/HAMMOND/BATONROUGE. Merge onto I-10 E via Exit 1A toward New Orleans. From the West Take 1-10 East to Batton Rouge. Continue through Baton Rouge and 1-10 East becomes 1-10 South to New Orleans. Parking Free on premises in clinic garage alternate parking within 1 block if needed 1601 Perdido is 1 block from Poydras and the Superdome.
