From Astoria travel South on HWY 101 over the Young's Bay Bridge. Go 4 miles South of the bridge. Turn right into Camp Rilea and go 4/10ths of a mile to Neacoxie Road. The clinic is on the Southwest corner of Neacoxie and Camp Rilea Road, Bldg 7315. Directions From the South: Camp Rilea is 9 miles North of Seaside. From Seaside, travel North on HWY 101 past Gearhart and Sunset Beach. Turn left into Camp Rilea and go 4/10ths of a mile to Neacoxie Road. The clinic is on the Southwest corner of Neacoxie and Camp Rilea Road, Bldg 7315. If you live in the area (Knappa, Svensen, Astoria, Hammond, Warrenton, Gearhart, Seaside or Cannon Beach) Sunset Empire Transit will provide transportation to the clinic for a fee. If you live near their regular route and can walk the half-mile from Hwy 101 to the clinic, the cost is $2.25 each way. If you need to be picked up at your home and taken to the clinic, the fee will vary based on the distance from Camp Rilea. From $5.00 to $12.00. Call Dial-a-Ride, at (503) 861-7433 to make arrangements in advance. The fee is reduced for the disabled and senior citizens. Directions From the East: Take US-26 West (US-101, Oregon Coast Hwy) Take US-26 (US-101 N, Seaside, Astoria) exit From Seaside, travel North on HWY 101 past Gearhart and Sunset Beach.
