Pasay , officially Pasay City ( Filipino : Lungsod ng Pasay ), [4] is a city in Metro Manila , the National Capital Region of the Philippines . It is bordered to the north by the City of Manila , Makati to the northeast, Taguig to the east, and Parañaque to the south.
