Pugo

Pugo , officially the Municipality of Pugo , is a 5th class municipality in the province of La Union , Philippines . According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 19,690 people. [3] Pugo is located at the foot of the Santo Tomas mountain range, just 36 kilometres (22 mi) west from Baguio City via the Marcos Highway.
