San Felipe

San Felipe , officially the Municipality of San Felipe , is a 4th class municipality in the province of Zambales , Philippines . According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 23,183 people. [3] Much of the population are Ilocanos , descendants of migrants from Ilocos .
