Santo Tomas , officially the Municipality of Santo Tomas , ( Pangasinan : Baley na Santo Tomas ; Ilokano : Ili ti Santo Tomas ; Tagalog : Bayan ng Santo Tomas ), is a 5th class municipality in the province of Pangasinan , Philippines . According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 15,022 people.
