The Slidell Community Based Outpatient Clinic offers primary care and mental health services for Veterans. Specialty mental health services focusing on post-traumatic stress, OEF/OIF/OND issues and pain management are handled on-site by referral. Hours of operation Clinic: 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday - Friday Last appointment scheduled at 3:00 p.m. Laboratory: 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday - Thursday 7 a.m. - 10 a.m. Friday Closed daily 10-10:30 a.m. for deliveries Pharmacy: 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. - Monday -Friday For prescription refills, call the telephone ordering system using a touchtone phone by dialing 1-800-935-8387. My HealtheVet users can also order prescriptions online at www.myhealth.va.gov. Patients on long-term medications are asked to use one of these automated options for medication renewal. Please order your medications at least 2 weeks before the date you will run out. A pharmacist is available on site for consultation and for processing of urgent, short-term medication. Turn right onto POWELL DRIVE. Turn right onto DOSS DRIVE. From the South Take LA-23 North then turn RIGHT onto WESTBANK EXPY / LA-23 N. Turn SLIGHT LEFT to take the ramp toward HARVEY CANAL BRIDGE. Merge onto WESTBANK EXPY (Portions toll). WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY becomes CRESCENT CITY CONNECTION / GREATER NEW ORLEANS BRIDGE. CRESCENT CITY CONNECTION / GREATER NEW ORLEANS BRIDGE becomes US-90 BR E / PONTCHARTRAIN EXPY. Merge onto I-10 E toward SLIDELL. Merge LEFT onto the Hammond I- 12 West interchange. Take the US-11 exit – EXIT 83- Merge right. Turn RIGHT onto POWELL DRIVE. Turn RIGHT onto DOSS Drive. From the West Take I-10 East toward HAMMOND / NEW ORLEANS. Merge onto I-12 E via EXIT 159 on the LEFT toward HAMMOND. Take the US-11 exit- EXIT 83- Keep RIGHT to go south on US-11. Turn RIGHT onto POWELL DR. and turn RIGHT onto DOSS DRIVE. From the East Take I-10 W via EXIT 4B toward NEW ORLEANS (Crossing into LOUISIANA). Continuing straight ahead, take I-12 W to the US-11 exit- EXIT 83- Keep RIGHT to go south on US-11. Turn RIGHT onto POWELL DR. and turn RIGHT onto DOSS DRIVE.
