Stay in the right lane on turnpike exit. Once off turnpike, get in the far-left lane. Turn left onto Central Avenue (Route 108) heading towards Rochester. Go approximately 2 miles. Clinic will be on the left-hand side across from Tri-City Dodge. From the North: Take the Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16) South to Exit 9 in Dover. Stay in the right lane on turnpike exit. Once off turnpike, get in the far-left lane. Turn left onto Central Avenue (Route 108) heading towards Rochester. Go approximately 2 miles. Clinic will be on the left-hand side across from Tri-City Dodge. From Manchester: Take Route 101 East towards Portsmouth. Take Exit 7 off Route 101 and turn left onto Route 125. Follow Route 125 to Route 155. Turn Right onto Route 155. Stay on Route 155 to Route 16 (Spaulding Turnpike) in Dover (this will be exit 8). Go North on Route 16 to Exit 9. Stay in the right lane on turnpike exit. Once off turnpike, get in the far-left lane. Turn left onto Central Avenue (Route 108) heading towards Rochester. Go approximately 2 miles. Clinic will be on the left-hand side across from Tri-City Dodge. From Concord: Take I-393 East towards Portsmouth. Once I-393 ends, stay on Route 4 to Route 155 just a few miles east of Lee Traffic Circle. Turn left onto Route 155. Stay on Route 155 to Route 16 (Spaulding Turnpike) in Dover (this will be exit 8). Go North on Route 16 to Exit 9. Stay in the right lane on turnpike exit. Once off turnpike, get in the far-left lane. Turn left onto Central Avenue (Route 108) heading towards Rochester. Go approximately 2 miles. Clinic will be on the left-hand side across from Tri-City Dodge. From the Lakes Region: Take Route 11 East to Rochester. Pass over the Spaulding Turnpike to enter into Rochester. Go straight onto North Main Street. North Main Street will become Route 108. Stay on Route 108 for approximately 6 miles. Pass Frisbee Memorial Hospital. Clinic will be on your right-hand side across from Tri-City Dodge.
