The Southeast Primary Care Clinic offers the following services: Agent Cashier Enrollment Laboratory Mental Health Nutritional Medicine OEF/OIF/OND Veteran Transition Center and Care Management Team Patient Advocate Pharmacy Primary Care Release of Information Radiology Social Worker Parking, Public Transportation, and Shuttle Service Parking: there are two (2) entrances/exists tot he parking lot: The main entrance is from the Southwest side of the building and one (1) from the Northwest side of the building. Shuttle Service: We also have a Shuttle Service (waiting for update on new schedule) to and from our clinics. Driving Directions General Location The new Southeast Primary Care Clinic is located on the EAST side of South Boulder Hwy., between Horizon Dr./Racetrack Road. and College Drive. Coming from East: Heading SOUTH on I-515, take the Horizon Drive Exit, #59. Make a LEFT onto Horizon Dr. Turn LEFT on South Boulder Hwy/NV-582. The Southeast Clinic will be on your RIGHT. If you’ve reached College Dr., you’ve gone a little too far. Make a u-turn heading, SOUTH on Boulder Hwy. Make a LEFT at San Jacinto Road and into the clinic parking lot. Coming from the South: Head NORTH on US-93, exit onto Boulder Hwy, exit #56B, heading NORTH. The Southeast Clinic will be on your RIGHT. If you’ve reached College Dr., you’ve gone a little too far. Make a u-turn heading SOUTH on Boulder Hwy. Make a LEFT at San Jacinto Road and into the clinic parking lot. Coming from the North: Head SOUTH on US-95. Take the Horizon Dr. exit #59. Turn LEFT on S. Boulder Hwy/NV-582. The Southeast Clinic will be on your RIGHT. If you’ve reached College Drive., you’ve gone a little too far. Make a u-turn heading SOUTH on Boulder Hwy. Make a LEFT at San Jacinto Road. and into the clinic parking lot. Coming from the West: Head EAST on I-215. Take the NV-564/Lake Mead Pkwy exit on LEFT and remain on Lake Mead Pkwy for about two miles. Take a slight RIGHT onto South Boulder Hwy. Make a LEFT at San Jacinto Road and into the clinic parking lot.
