Southeast Veterans Affairs Health Care Clinic
Our Southeast Veterans Affairs Health Care Clinic is located in Gilbert, Arizona. The clinic serves Veterans on the east side of the valley including Ahwautukee, Apache Junction, Casa Grande, Chandler, Coolidge, Florence, Mesa, Superior, and Queen Creek, Arizona. The clinic is based on a primary care model of health care that has physicians, physician's assistants and nurse practitioners who provide care. The clinic has several medical and psychiatric specialties available on site: for example, there is psychiatry, psychology, dermatology, gastroenterology and rheumatology. The clinic also has its own laboratory, social workers and dietitian. The clinic does not have a pharmacy onsite, prescriptions will be filled by mail through the main facility. Appointments If you have a medical emergency, call 911. Medical visits are by appointment only. Your health care provider will schedule appointments as needed. Driving Directions From Interstate 60 E Take the Val Vista exit and head south for approximately 6.5 miles. The clinic will be on the left (east) side of the street. From Loop 202 Exit at Val Vista Rd and turn north. Proceed approximately half a mile to the clinic. It is on the right hand side of the road just past Market Street. Parking - Free on premises in the designated patient parking area.
