Hours Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Services Primary Care, Mental Health Driving Directions From I 95, take Georgia Hwy 40 exit # 3, east towards Kingsland. Travel 2.2 miles on HWY 40 to Kings Bay Road where you will turn left or north. Then after traveling 0.2 miles turn right or east on Lake Shore Point Road. Follow Lake Shore Point Road to the St. Marys CBOC which will be on the right or north side of the road. The clinic is the last building on the road. It is located on the grounds of the Southeast Georgia Health System. Parking Free on premises
