Tagoloan , officially the Municipality of Tagoloan , is a 1st class municipality in the province of Misamis Oriental , Philippines . According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 73,150 people. [3] It is located to the east of Cagayan de Oro City and located south-east of the Macajalar Bay .
