Terre Haute CBOC

Our outpatient clinic serves the Veterans of Vigo County and surrounding areas. It is located in Terre Haute at 110 West Honey Creek Parkway. A VA mental health clinic is also located nearby. We are open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.. The clinic is closed on federal holidays. The clinic does not offer emergency or inpatient services. We offer the following services: Primary Care Tele-Health Orthotics Phlebotomy 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. General radiology Veterans can be registered on-site and appointments scheduled. Patients must be assigned to the Terre Haute CBOC to receive primary care services. The Veterans Transportation Network (VTN) can help transport ambulatory Veteran patients that have no other means of transportation to the VA medical center in Indianapolis – you can get more information about transportation from the VTN office, (317) 988-2472.
