All units are carpeted and equipped with air conditioning, a full kitchen that includes a dishwasher and microwave, have telephone service and a washer and dryer. Other Information: Minimum age check in is 25. Security Deposit of $300 is collected via Credit Card only at check in. Guest Parking: Summer season there is none on site. There are lots located across the street which are independently owned and ran. They can range from $5-25 per dayOff season: Must check with the office when you get there. The resort does not allow pets, however allows the owners of The Colony to bring pets. Please be aware if you have allergies.
