Urbiztondo , officially the Municipality of Urbiztondo , ( Pangasinan : Baley na Urbiztondo ; Ilokano : Ili ti Urbiztondo ; Tagalog : Bayan ng Urbiztondo ), is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Pangasinan , Philippines .
