Hours Monday - Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Services The Department of Veterans Affairs recently established an initiative to bring health care closer to Veterans residing in rural areas. Facilities such as the Waycross VA Outreach Clinic will help improve access to primary care, home based primary care (HBPC) and care coordination with home telehealth to veterans in the area. Veterans may enroll for comprehensive health care services at the Waycross VA Outreach Clinic or call the facility at the number listed above.
