Driving Directions North of Commercial Boulevard: From I-95 - Southbound, take the 10th Street Exit. Proceed west on 10th Street to toll plaza onto Sawgrass Expressway/869 South toll road. Take Exit 3 onto West Commercial Boulevard/SR 870, proceed east past Nob Hill Road and the clinic will be on the right hand side. From Florida's Turnpike Toll Road - Southbound, exit Sawgrass Expressway/869 South. Take Exit 3 onto West Commercial Boulevard/SR 870, proceed east past Nob Hill Road and the clinic will be on the right hand side. South of Commercial Boulevard: From I-95 - Northbound toward Ft. Lauderdale, keep left to take Florida's Turnpike North via Exit 12A (Portions toll). Take the SR-870/West Commercial Boulevard Exit 62 toward Ft. Lauderdale North. Merge onto West Commercial Boulevard/FL-870 West toward Tamarac/Sunrise. The clinic will be on the left hand side after University Drive and before Nob Hill Road. From I-75 - Northbound toward Naples make a slight right towards the Sawgrass Expressway/869 North (signs for I-595 East/West Palm Beach/Ft Lauderdale/SR-869-Toll North/Coral Springs) partial toll road. Take Exit 3, merge onto West Commercial Boulevard/SR-870 East proceed east on West Commercial Boulevard/SR-870 just past Nob Hill Road and the clinic will be on the right hand side. Veterans - New in your Community The William "Bill" Kling VA Clinic, located at 9800 West Commercial Boulevard, Sunrise, Fla., opened its doors in September 2008 to provide medical care to our veterans. This new facility replaced the Oakland Park VA Outpatient Clinic which served our veterans for more than 26 years. This facility improves the access to patient care to more than 150,000 veterans residing in Broward, southern Palm Beach and northern Miami-Dade Counties. By providing efficient delivery of care in this new location, our veterans will benefit from a full array of high-tech health care services, along with additional space to accommodate improved clinical services in audiology, cardiology, dental, dermatology, diagnostic X-ray, nutrition counseling, gastroenterology, general surgery, immunology and internal medicine. Other service are orthopedics, kinesiotherapy, laboratory services, neurology, occupational therapy, oncology, ophthalmology, optometry, pharmacy services, physical therapy, podiatry, prosthetics, psychiatry, psychology, social work services, urology, and visual impairment services, women's services, and urgent care. Additionally, consultation is available in most areas by way of referral to the Miami VA Medical Center. The William "Bill" Kling VA Clinic is designed to accommodate and enhance patient access as well as state-of-the-art continuity of medical care by providing all primary, specialized and diagnostic services. This new facility will allow the Miami VA Healthcare System to continue the mission of providing exceptional health care. Note: Lab hours are Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 1 p.m.
