The Detroit VAMC’s Yale Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is staffed by caring professionals who provide primary care services including primary care, tele-health mental health services, laboratory and x-ray services and pharmacy. The facility is accessible and convenient for Veterans in the St. Clair County and surrounding areas. Parking is free. Hours Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m
