The Furnish Management Office provides temporary furniture and appliance loans for incoming and outgoing PCS personnel. Items include sofas, beds, dining sets, and major appliances for use while household goods are in transit.

North Area government housing provides multi-story apartment buildings with 2-4 bedroom units for accompanied service members. Close to the commissary and KMCC Exchange Mall.

South Area government housing provides 2-4 bedroom units for accompanied service members. Located near Southside Fitness Center and Ramstein Elementary School. Units include kitchen appliances and washer/dryer hookups.

The Housing Maintenance Office handles emergency and routine maintenance work orders for all government housing units on Ramstein. Submit work orders online or by phone. Emergency service available 24/7.

The Ramstein Housing Office assists with on-base and off-base housing referrals, government housing assignments, and housing allowance guidance. Mandatory check-in for all incoming personnel within 5 days of arrival.

Unaccompanied Housing providing dormitory-style living quarters for single airmen at Ramstein Air Base.

Unaccompanied Housing North provides dormitory living for unaccompanied E-1 to E-4 personnel on the north side of the installation. Renovated rooms with modern amenities and shared community spaces.

Unaccompanied Housing South provides dormitory-style living for unaccompanied E-1 to E-4 airmen. Features shared common areas, laundry facilities, and 1+1 room configurations.

Off-Base Housing Referral assists service members in finding rental housing in the Kaiserslautern area. Provides listings of approved off-base apartments and houses, lease review, and German tenant rights counseling.
