The 86th Force Support Squadron manages personnel services, MWR programs, dining, lodging, fitness, and recreation for Ramstein Air Base. Administers ID cards, assignments, and base employment.

The 86th Logistics Readiness Squadron manages deployment processing, passenger travel, cargo movement, and supply chain operations at Ramstein. Key point of contact for TDY and PCS travel arrangements.

The 86th Mission Support Group provides overall direction and oversight for base support functions including civil engineering, security forces, communications, logistics readiness, force support, and contracting.

The 86th Operations Group oversees the 86th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, 86th Operations Support Squadron, and 76th Air Base Group. Manages Ramstein strategic airlift and AE missions.

The 86th Operations Support Squadron manages airfield operations, air traffic control, weather services, and flight planning for Ramstein Air Base, one of the busiest USAF installations in Europe.

The Emergency Management Office coordinates installation preparedness for chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) threats. Provides training, exercises, and emergency planning for the KMC community.

Ramstein Air Base Fire Department providing fire suppression emergency response and fire prevention services.

Fire Station 1 at Ramstein provides fire suppression, emergency medical response, and fire prevention services. For emergencies dial 112 (German) or 06371-47-9111 (on-base).

The Transportation Management Office (TMO) processes household goods shipments, POV shipping, and travel arrangements for PCS moves. Schedule appointments early for smooth PCS transitions.

The Military Working Dog Kennel supports the 86th Security Forces Squadron with K-9 teams for patrol, detection, and security operations. Tours may be available through the unit public affairs office.

Ramstein AB North Gate (Gate 4) provides access to the northern section of the installation. Open Monday through Friday 0600-1800. DSN 314-480-6211.

The Provost Marshal Office oversees all law enforcement, security, and force protection operations on Ramstein Air Base. Report crimes, lost/found items, and security concerns here.

The Vehicle Registration Office processes privately owned vehicle (POV) registration for personnel stationed at Ramstein. German city registration and USAREUR plates are required. Personnel must register vehicles within 72 hours of arrival.

The Ramstein AB Visitor Control Center processes visitor passes and background checks for base access. Located near the West Gate (Main Gate). Visitors must present a valid ID, passport, and vehicle documents. DSN 314-480-6211.

Ramstein AB West Gate (Main Gate, Gate 1) is the primary 24-hour access point to the installation. All visitors must check in at the Visitor Control Center. DSN 314-480-6211.
