Clay Kaserne is the headquarters for U.S. Army Europe. Building 1023 also serves as the In and Out processing center for this community, which makes this USO location ideal for transient personnel needing a place to relax and coordinate schedules. Amenities: The center offers free phone calls and computers, with the most popular service being WiFi connectivity. Troops in transit want and need the ability to contact family, friends and associates in order to coordinate and/or facilitate their moving in or moving out necessities. Because of the optimum location of the Clay Kaserne location, we make that possible to dozens of troops every week. In addition to the above mentioned services the Clay Kaserne USO also conducts sign ups for USO sponsored tours and a host of other programs and/or classes. Coffee, snacks and soft drinks are also available to patrons. Hours: The Clay Kaserne USO is open Monday and Wednesday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Tuesdays from 10:00a.m.-6:00p.m. and closed on U.S. holidays. Location: The Clay Kaserne USO is located in Building 1023W, also known as the Welcome Center.
