Fidalgo Pool
Effective June 1, Active Duty Family Members are now able to "Open Swim" for FREE. This applies to Active Duty Family Members only and for Open Swim only. This is in effect at both North Whidbey Parks & Recreation Pool (Oak Harbor Pool) and Fidalgo Pool (Anacortes Pool).
