Yes, it looks like a boat but yet can drive on the road! The bus drives on the road for 25 minutes and ducks in the water for 20 minutes. You don’t have to sign up, come to the Huis Ten Bosch Entrance 15 minutes prior to the tour that you wish to take. I’m thinking to take my brother and his family to ride on this bus. Kameyama Hachiman Shrine, located in front of Karato market, was built back in 859. The shrine worships Gods such as Ojin, Nintoku, Chu-ai and Jingu-kogo, and fondly called by the locals "patron saint of Seki". 12m (35ft) high Torii gate soars at the foot of the front stone steps, it was constructed back in 1933. Other points of interest include world's largest blowfish statue, several homage to the legendary turtle who sacrificed himself for the construction of this shrine, literary monuments of the famous female authors Misuzu Kaneko and Fumiko Hayashi, and the spot where a fateful gunshot was fired, which triggered a series of battles of Shimonoseki Campaign back in 1864.

Kawatana Station ( 川棚駅 Kawatana-eki ? ) is the major railway station in the town of Kawatana, Nagasaki . It is operated by JR Kyushu and is on the Ōmura Line . Nodake Lake is a man-made lake that Mr. Gidayu Fukazawa, who made a fortune in whaling, commissioned in 1661. Its circumference is three kilometers. The original purpose for its creation was so Omura could have a stable source of water if a drought came. The lake can hold 1.2 million tons of water. It is now part of the Tara Mountain Nagasaki Prefecture Park, where people enjoy camping, cycling, pedal boating, and outdoor sports. There is a children’s play area, as well as a small stream that people of all ages can cool off in during the summer. The bridge connecting the divided park makes for a nice view. There is also an indoor activity center that can be rented and the bungalow area has space for barbequing.

Meganeishi, or glasses rock. Named because it looks kind of like a pair of eye glasses I suppose. The front of the rocks look like they used to have something carved into them. The sandstone steps and rocks beneath the arches have years, maybe decades of people carving messages into them. The building next to the rocks is a small buddhist temple, called Sairenji Meganeiwa Kannondo.
